Celebration Patron of Jesolo: The Big closure

June 24th on Sunday will be held the closure of the celebrations dedicated to the Patron of Jesolo, San Giovanni Battista.
Starting with June the 15. there are many musical events, food and wine, sportive personalities and artisans that entertain Jesolo Country.

Tomorrow at 14.30 o’clock along the river Sile will be hosted the wind sailing competition followed by the rowing race.
At 18 o’clock will taken part Solemn Vespers in honor of its patron, while in the evening in the First May Square will be held the playful farce scene from "the Marriage Of Promissory" in a single act by Gioacchino Rossini.

For Sunday, June the 24. at 9:30 o’clock, the Salsi Committee has organized the 1st TROPHY Sampei. It is a fishing contest for children of elementary and middle schools from Jesolo. This will be followed throughout the morning demonstration Same In The Wind, fallowed by the prizegiving in the afternoon.
The solemn Eucharist will be presided at 19:00 o’clock by the young priest Don Morris Pasian concelebrated by priests of the Vicariate with the participation of city officials.

To close the festival of the patron will be the concert of the Loverboyz, a group of students from the JAM (Jesolo Arts and Music). The extraction of the lottery of St. John "Pro Missions" will be made with traditional fireworks display along the banks of the Sile river (starting at 23:00 o' clock).
