AQUALANDIA: A CARIBBEAN ISLAND A FEW STEPS FROM VENICE
Aqualandia is a theme water park which mimics a Caribbean Isle on the Adriatic see: a combination of cheerfulness, fun, extreme sports and water games. An amusement and relax oasis offering special places to those wishing to spend unforgettable hours.
Like a tourist village Aqualandia offers its guests a lot of amenities and animation events: Latin American dances, WaterGym, water spinning, and diving lessons as well as funny shows on the original Pirates Galleon stage, a huge 30-meter long galleon where dancers and plungers create amusing choreographies to entertain the park guests. Our youngest guests too are pampered … expert animators and clowns will take care of your children with games, parades and circus shows.
The Parks includes three theme areas to satisfy everyone’s desire.
Music on the beach: desert sand, a 9-meter long shark hung by its tail and straw umbrellas characterize this new area opened in the summer 2005: a bay devoted to music and youngsters. The right location for the funny live broadcasting of Radio 105, with their famous DJs and a true showcase for the Vips attending the park.
Adrenaline Area
Thrilling attractions stand out in a tropical garden. Spacemaker, the world highest slide: you will ride down the slide on an inflatable raft from a 42-meter height along a 60 degree slope thus reaching a 100 km/h speed. Scary Falls: a tube slide where sounds and lights accompany your ride ending with a 20-meter leap in the dark at a 80 km/h speed. Bungee Jumping tower: more than 60 meters of height for the highest fixed tower: a leap in the unknown for the bravest that can also decide to cross a Tibetan bridge or try a hard climbing along the Free Climbing walls.
Sport Area
Aqualandia offers several chances for those who do not want to give up sport: 3 beach volley courts, 2 on sand and 1 in water, a soaped football field and an equipped gym with a personal trainer.
Relax Area
A quiet area in the greenery to relax and take a sunbath.
Kinderlandia
It is a kid’s area. Full of colours and funny, a true miniature park offering children a great amount of attractions. It includes two areas: one with slides and water attractions, the other with a wide playground where expert staff and clowns take care of children who have fun the whole day long thanks to a free baby sitting service.
Refreshment Area
Aqualandia has several refreshment areas among which a self service offering home–made typical dishes, a bar specialized in shakes for vegetarians and for people loving pizza, a snack-bar with tasty sandwiches and several corners offering fruits, ice-cream and hot dogs.
