Red Massacre World Tour in Jesolo

On Sunday, 20 July 2008, Jesolo’s beach will host the great English band Duran Duran for the annual event of Spritz on the Beach. The concert is organized by Fizzo Entertainment, Azalea Promotion, Il Muretto and New Age Club, with the support of the Municipality of Jesolo and is part of the band’s 30 European dates for their tour that, beginning in June, will go to more than 30 cities and 14 countries of the old continent.

Simon LeBon (voice), Nick Rhodes (keyboards), John Taylor (bass), Andy Taylor (guitar) and Roger Taylor (drums) with over 70 million records sold, innumerable hit singles, numerous rave reviews and five prestigious "Lifetime Achievement" prizes (MTV Video Music Awards, Q Magazine, The Brits, Ivor Novello, Spanish Ondas), are the stars of the Red Massacre World Tour that started in New Zealand following the release of the innovative English band’s last album.


Stars of the tour are the four original members of the historic group that offer on the evocative lighthouse beach, a spectacular live show with songs from their latest record as well as the band’s greatest hits.
Together on stage with the band will be Dom Brown (guitars), Anna Ross (backup) and Simon Willescroft (saxophone).
The RED CARPET MASSACRE album, written and recorded with producers Timbaland and Nate ‘Danja’ Hills, together with the king of pop, Justin Timberlake, is a smash success.

Tickets for the Italian dates will go on sale 6 May exclusively to members of the Official Fan Club; sales to the general public will begin on 8 May at advance sale locations authorized by Azalea Promotion and through the Ticket One circuit and Box Office.
